- Service partners: Payment gateways, courier services, and WhatsApp Business tools that fulfil your orders — bound by confidentiality agreements.

Terms & Conditions
Please read before confirming your rental. Our team is happy to clarify anything.
Effective: June 2025All garments and accessories offered by Zyara are available for rental only and remain the exclusive property of Zyara at all times. By confirming a booking, you agree to:
- Use rented items only for the event and purpose stated at booking.
- Return all items in the same condition as received, subject to normal, minimal wear.
- Not alter, hem, dye, bleach, or modify any rented item without prior written consent.
- Not sub-let or transfer rental rights to any third party.
- Keep garments away from heat, direct sunlight, and substances that may cause damage.
Ownership of all garments and accessories remains with Zyara. This agreement does not constitute a sale under any circumstances.
Reservation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and the required deposit. Garments cannot be held without payment.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rental fees cover a standard rental period specified at the time of booking.
Deposit Structure
- A security deposit of 30% of the rental value is required at booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your collection date.
- The deposit is refunded within 5 business days of return, provided the garment is in satisfactory condition.
Accepted Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash (in-boutique only). Online payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Return Condition
All garments must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Please do not attempt to clean, press, or dry-clean any rented item — our specialist team handles all garment care.
Damage & Loss
- Minor damage (small stains, minor tears): A repair or cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.
- Major damage (irreparable tears, burns, severe staining): Full replacement value will be charged, which may exceed the rental fee.
- Loss or theft: Full replacement value plus applicable handling charges will be billed.
We will notify you in writing with documentation (photos, repair quotes) before any deduction is applied.
Late Returns
Late returns incur an additional charge of ₹500 per item per day unless a prior extension is confirmed by our team.
- More than 30 days before the event: Full deposit refund, less ₹500 administrative fee.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit refunded.
- Fewer than 15 days before the event: No refund; deposit is forfeited.
- Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
For medical emergencies, natural disasters, or force majeure events beyond your control, please contact us. We evaluate all situations with empathy and care.
Zyara's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total rental fee paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses (emotional distress, event disruption) arising from a delay or error on our part.
- Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government orders.
- Personal injury caused by misuse of rented garments, accessories, or jewellery.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All images, content, designs, and branding on the Zyara website and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Zyara and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
By sharing photographs of yourself in our rented garments on social media, you grant Zyara a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost those images for promotional purposes, with credit where possible. You may opt out at any time by contacting us in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malappuram, Kerala. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating formal proceedings.
